 detox tea

Basically, every single plant food on this planet is designed to be naturally detoxifying, but sometimes I like that instead feel-good feeling, so that’s, why I drink some of these detox teas. So if you’re ready to find out what my favorites are keep reading.

1. Warming Ginger & Fresh Herb Sprigs

Detox Tea Ingredients

4-inch ginger root cut in slices or 1/2 inch grated
16 oz of filtered water

1 medium pot

Add the ginger and water to a pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and pour through a strainer into a teacup.

Add fresh sprigs of sage, mint, rosemary, thyme, cayenne pepper, etc.

You don’t have to add the herbs, but I really like too because they are additional nutrients and flavors that can further aid in detoxifying the body.

I like Bragg’s Apple Cider vinegar because it’s an organic raw, unfiltered apple cider, vinegar with the mother.
